Okay, how you make the hearts are simple
Make sure that num lock is on. I'm not sure why, but that is what I was told. num lock is on the number pad on the way left of most keyboards.
You know that alt button on the right? Press it and hold it down. Then, press 3 on the key pad. The key pad on the way right.
