When I was little

Frieza (Dragonball Z) reminded me of Mewtwo (Pokemon). I suppose they are a little similar.

Treasure Trove! (continued)

This is one card. The outer casing is a bit scuffed, but the inside is intact.
It has a little descriptive card that goes with it.
"This Pokemon Special Edition 23 karat Gold-Plated Trading Card has been produced to the highest standards for Nintendo of America. It is made from the highest quality alloy. To ensure lasting value, long life and beauty, we suggest that it remain in the clear cover in which it was delivered. Fingerprints and exposure to weather will cause the superb finish to tarnish."
Okay, so I don't know how much gold is in 23 karats, but it's kind of amazing that Nintendo made these thick, gold-plated cards. I have no idea why or how Greg (the person whose stuff I'm digging through) would own this.

Just crazy-amazing.

Just look at these pictures. I know your mouth is watering.

P-p-p-papaya!

I ate a papaya yesterday, but I didn't want to blog twice.
Papayas are on sale at King Sooper's at 10 for $10 so we got 2. But anyways, I took a picture.

When you cut it horizontally (vertically in the picture) it had a star shape in the center that was filled with hundreds of little spherical black seeds. It was crazy. The actual fruit was pink and pretty easy to scoop out.

They tasted kind of smoky and sweet. It was weird but good but then weird again when you hit the aftertaste. They also make my hands smell funny. :(

If you don't care so much for papaya, then have this game. It's called SquarO.

Two songs! I mean, TWO SONGS OF THE WEEK!
Well, they are awesome. I found them both today.

WARNING: These songs contain adult content!
nah, not really, but one is about sex and the other... is somewhat about sex.

Oh yeah, and there's some WWII propaganda for you, too.

Coolest Website Evar

It's called Songza.
And it let's you listen to just about every song. I thought it would just be indie crap (indie is cool, but a lot of indie music sucks.), but it turns out it's got like My Chemical Romance and DJ Tiesto.

I think I might be in looooove. :D

Good Morning, America!

It's 7:29 as I start this post. Ahhh, morning is so lovely.
Except not.
Morning means getting up when you just realized that you need more sleep.
Rawrawrawr.
Hmhmhmhm...
I wonder if insomniacs hate the morning?

Yes, I have heard...

...about drug dealers like you.
*and there's a squid and a guy with a 'stache*

^That was all I remember in my dream last night. Awesomest dream clip ever. I want to animate it.

But anyways, I have a song. Calling You - Blue October (link)
This week doesn't really have a song (yet), but that is a very good song and you should listen to it.

Oh yes, and I have been solving math problems in my sleep. It's awesome, but I always forget what I am doing. So far I've had a total of 3 math dreams on two different nights.

Lies. Lies. Lies.

Well I lied about the song of the week. That song is good, but not as good as...
PACHELBEL'S CANON
(here's a link)
Yes, this song is good. Very good. And this remix (link) is also good.

Interesting story:
So we were doing an experiment in Science and Mr. Birch was worried that this hammer he tied to the ceiling (the experiment) would break someone's head open. He had no helmet or hard hat so he got a bucket. Keagan and Sarah were already laughing about the bucket-headedness of it all. Then Mr. Birch as for a volunteer. Guess who got to be Buckethead? Jordan.
It was truly a miracle.

And here's some really good music that you should listen to (and you probably already have):
  • The Arcade Fire - Black Mirror (link)
  • Linkin Park - Numb (link)
  • Patrick & Eugene - The Birds and the Bees (link)
  • Red Hot Chili Peppers - Dani California (link)
But these are not my week songs! This weeks music is What's Up, People?! by Maximum the Hormone and Der Eskimo Tanz by Axel Fischer.
You'll have to look those up yourselves because my internet is crapping out.

Just blahness

Wow I haven't posted in several days. Maybe that's because nothing interesting has happened except teh Christmas (yeah right, more like New Year's) party, me reading Elf Quest again (errr... yeah), and me not doing anything at all.

Okay, but anyways, I have to return Guitar Hero 3 today. And the worst part is that I didn't even play it very much.

WHY DID I READING ELF QUEST? It makes soooooo much more sense than it used to. I mean, they were have way more sex than I even thought they were. I guess still kind of oblivious because my mom had to tell me why Cutter had to cut his hair. Apparently, him and Leetah (yeah, these are the main characters, but you wouldn't know that, now would you?) were screwing around (lol) in the trees and his hair got caught.

Like you even cared about that though. I swear, everyone in this story is either sexing each other up or just being snuggly. In the nude.

Well, that's my report on everything interesting-ish.
